A, An experienced member of our team will visit you to assess your particular requirements, answering any questions you may have, giving you the peace of mind to know that we have tailored our services and price around you.
Q, Are you Insured ?
A, Yes we are fully insured so you don’t need too worry about a thing.

Q, will I be visited by you ?
A, We make regular contact to ensure that not only you but we are satisfied with the high level of service that we provide is maintained.

Q, Will I be contacted if my cleaner is unable to visit me ?
A, We will make every effort to contact you in this event and will try to rearrange the appointment or provide a replacement cleaner.

Q, Would I need to provide a key for my cleaner ?
A, Yes you need to provide a key or some means of access if you are unavailable We will discuss this with you during our initial first meeting.

Q, What if I don’t like the cleaner you have provided ?
A, We try hard to get the best person for the job, however if for any reason this dose not work out we will quickly try to find a replacement you do like.

Q, Will I be introduced to my cleaner before they start ?
A, Yes, We would not invite someone we did not know into our home and we would not expect you too either.

Q, Do I have to provide any cleaning materials ?
A, No our staff will bring all that they need with them so you can sit back and relax.

Q, Are your staff trained ?
A, All our staff receive training to our very high and exacting standards as we believe strongly that knowledge leads to empowerment and improvement.

A, Yes we are happy to do a little more but would ask that you give us a days notice so we can set some time aside to do this.
Q, Are you happy to do a little extra if needed ?

A, For security reasons we wont disclose who or where the keys are kept but can assure you that all keys are locked in a secure location when not in use.
Q, Who looks after the keys on a regular basis ?

A, Normally we ask for cash or a cheque each week, we will discuss this with you during our initial meeting to make it convenient as possible.
Q, How do I pay, weekly, monthly cash or cheque ?

A, All our staff are noticeably uniformed in grey tabards with their names embroidered on the breast.
Q, How will I be able to identify my cleaner ?

A, Our results will speak for themselves however we will leave a report form of all work carried out and any comments at the end of each session.
Q, How will I know what has been done or not ?

A, Yes we can provide other services like Ironing, Carpet & Upholstery cleaning, Oven cleaning, Rubbish clearance etc ether ourselves or through
one of our trusted suppliers at very competitive rates.
