I've received excellent service throughout -from the time of enrolling with them and to this day and every day they have been a fantastic, highly professional cleaning service. They have very good communication -which is very important and are very flexible to our needs. Very happy with their service - high recommended.

The cleaner forgot to turn the iron off and nearly burnt down my flat! The response of the management was terrible. After nearly 2 months’ delay, they just refunded the cleaner's wage for the last hour (plus the electricity bill of £20, as the iron was left on ALL DAY), but they still took their agency fee. It is not very clear on the website but the standard service does not have ANY insurance. Again, it does not say on the website but even the deluxe service insurance has a limit of £1m. The website and the customer service are full of lies and I would urge anyone to avoid this cleaning company.
